Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajemat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through bajemat, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by every provision of this Agreement, including any amendments that may be published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bajemat platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

bajemat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email at the address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the bajemat website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall terms governing your use of the platform.

The bajemat platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any bet on bajemat. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of location. 18+

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing bajemat from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You have not previously been excluded from bajemat or any other online gaming platform for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

bajemat employs age verification checks at the point of registration and prior to processing the first withdrawal from any account. Where verification documents indicate that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any net winnings will be forfeited. Deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

bajemat reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a government-issued photo identification card, passport, or driving licence — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bajemat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your bajemat account, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid and actively monitored email address.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash wallet number, Nagad number, or bank account details).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajemat login credentials. All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.

bajemat strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. You must notify bajemat support immediately via live chat or at support@bajemat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bajemat will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bajemat that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

Account Name & Details

The name registered on your bajemat account must exactly match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or refusal until the discrepancy is resolved through the verification process. Players may not transfer accounts or account balances to any other person.

Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Players who have not yet completed verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability.

bajemat reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure applied across all accounts.

Players must not use bajemat as a payment processing facility. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging in genuine play constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension. bajemat reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees in such cases.

Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajemat does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. Bank transfer and card withdrawal transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the player's own bank or card issuer, which are outside bajemat's control.

bajemat offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are intended for genuine player use only. Bonuses may not be claimed with the intent to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in cumulative wagers before withdrawal).
• Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the wagering requirements of a current bonus are fulfilled will forfeit the current bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are met in full.
• bajemat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by players in good standing.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are eligible for the bajemat welcome bonus. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. Full details of the current welcome bonus offer — including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, and wagering requirements — are published on the promotions section of the bajemat website at the time of registration.

The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players found to have claimed the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on bajemat — whether on cricket, live casino games, slots, Monster Dice, Monster Fight, or any other available market — are subject to the rules outlined in this section and any supplementary rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

General Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only once the platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues or platform errors are void and not binding on either party.
• bajemat reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official start time of an event, match, or game round, regardless of the outcome displayed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by game, market, and account status.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error" or "palp"), bajemat reserves the right to void the affected bets at any time after placement, whether before or after the event has been settled.
• All game and match outcomes are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, BPL governing committee, or the game studio's certified RNG results for casino titles.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on bajemat covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, ICC events, IPL, and all Bangladesh international fixtures. Pre-match markets are available from the time of fixture announcement. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches subject to data feed availability. In the event that a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or postponed, markets will be settled in accordance with the official result or, where no official result is declared, voided and stakes returned.

Casino & Slots

All casino games on bajemat — including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, as well as slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the individual game as published within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are certified by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. Monster Dice & Monster Fight

Monster Dice and Monster Fight are proprietary bajemat game titles. Results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are final and binding upon display. No dispute may be raised against the outcome of any completed Monster Dice or Monster Fight round once the result has been confirmed and the round has settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajemat. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on bajemat, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, wagering requirements, or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including through coordinated group exploitation, matched betting schemes, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) in respect of any deposit made to your bajemat account without first raising the matter with bajemat support.
• Match Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets using inside information, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Money Laundering: Using bajemat for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the bajemat platform without express written consent from bajemat management.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker or other multi-player formats.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to bajemat by any person under 18 years of age.

bajemat employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews of account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bajemat will act swiftly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the fairness of the experience for all legitimate players.

bajemat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Death of the account holder (in which case the estate may contact support to arrange the return of verified funds).
• Extended period of account inactivity (see Inactive Account Policy below).

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bajemat account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@bajemat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a concern may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently via the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bajemat will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance of an inactive account. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support before the balance is exhausted.
